Psychologist, Transactional Analysis
We used to work in television: we told people's stories, explored their emotions, conducted interviews and brought to light what was hidden from the viewer. But one day we realised that watching these stories from the outside was not enough: we wanted to help people find a way out of difficult situations and be part of their transformation. That is how our path into psychology began, a path on which we decided to apply everything we had learned about human behaviour during our years on screen.
Since making that decision, we have dedicated ourselves to learning and practice, from academic courses to hands-on training and master classes. For us, it is not only about solving immediate problems, but also about seeing the depth of each inner conflict, helping people recognise their strengths and find long-term solutions.
Our main method is Transactional Analysis, which helps us understand how a person relates to themselves and to others through three key ego states: Child, Adult and Parent. This method makes it possible to see which of these states dominate in someone's life and how they influence decisions and interactions, and it helps to change the behaviour patterns that lead to conflicts and inner contradictions.
However, every client is a world of their own, and we choose our approach individually. Alongside Transactional Analysis, we use techniques from other approaches, selecting what suits each particular case best.
We create a space where anyone can explore their anxieties and inner conflicts. Our approach combines in-depth work on personal beliefs with the search for practical solutions. We believe every person is capable of finding inner harmony when they receive support at the right time. Online consultations allow us to be there for you wherever you are, and to accompany you on your path towards self-awareness and inner peace.
